Privacy Policy

The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute (SWFI), through its GOOD Fellows Initiative, remains committed to maintaining robust, industry-standard safeguards to protect nonpublic personal information of its clients. This policy and associated procedures align with federal standards to ensure the security of customer records and information against potential threats.

At SWFI, we restrict access to current and former clients’ information, which includes personal background, investment objectives, financial situation, tax information, investment holdings, account numbers, and account balances, to those staff members and associated entities who need such information to provide our products or services. We may disclose client’s information when: (1) previously authorized to do so for individuals/entities not associated with our firm, including but not limited to client’s professional advisors and/or service providers; (2) mandated by a judicial or regulatory process; or (3) as allowed by federal and/or state privacy regulations.

Only authorized SWFI employees and affiliates who have acknowledged our Privacy Policy have access to client information. Any employees who violate our Privacy Policy may face disciplinary measures. Additionally, we require any external organizations that provide services to our clients to sign confidentiality agreements and/or our Privacy Policy.

LOG FILES

Standard procedures of using log files are employed at SWFI. These files track visitors when they visit our websites. This is a common practice for hosting services. The information collected includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and potentially the number of clicks. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information. This information is used for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, SWFI uses ‘cookies’. These cookies store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website accessed or visited by them.
